This client had an Ethereum wallet held on a Trezor One hardware wallet. The wallet contained quantities of Ethereum (ETH), Aave (AAVE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB) tokens.
The problems started when the client , who hadn’t used the wallet for a while, connected his Trezor, upgraded the firmware and was then unable to access his tokens. Entering the passphrase took the client to an empty wallet. The client contacted Trezor support who advised him that his passphrase was wrong. He also regressed his Trezor firmware to the original version but still he was taken to an empty wallet when he entered his passphrase.
He contacted me and discussed the situation. After agreeing confidentiality and security, the client disclosed his seed words, passphrase and wallet address to me. Within 24 hours I was able to advise the client of his correct passphrase and he was able to access the correct wallet holding his crypto.
Do you have a similar problem? If you are being taken to an empty wallet instead of your actual wallet please contact me. If I can’t recover your crypto there is no charge. There are also no upfront fees. You will only pay me if I am successful in recovering your crypto.
